Description. The Ice-cream Bean Tree produces thick, juicy, white pulp filled pods that taste like vanilla ice cream. This tree requires full sun with moist well drained soil. Makes a great shade and windbreak tree. Grows to 10m high.

Botanical name. Phyllanthus emblica


Description. The Indian Gooseberry has fruit with a sour/bitter taste, once ripe the berries are harvested by hand by climbing to the upper branches f the tree. This tree requires full sun with moist well drained soil. Grows to 8m - 18m high.

Botanical name. Arbutus unedo


Description. The Irish Strawberry Tree has bitter, red berries that can be used in cooking. Prefers well-drained soils, and low to moderate soil moisture. Grows to 5m - 10m high.
